HOTFIX: Ticketz PRO v0.99.194 and Ticketz Opensource v1.0.120

This is a minor gravity fix, anyway it is recommended for everyone running Ticketz PRO >= v0.99.190 or Ticketz Opensource >= v1.0.117.

• Fix merging of contacts so it does not change ticket update time. Contact merges are triggered when the system becomes aware that two contacts are actually the same, such as Brazilian ninth-digit normalization, @lid and BSUID number discovery.

As usual, if you used the autoinstaller just run the command to update:
